Please use our on-line support system, fill out as much information as you can, and we'll get back to you as soon as possible. The sort of topics we can deal with are: Missing serial numbers, Missing emails / confirmations, Downloads not working, Billing or Shipping questions, Refund requests and Payment issues. We do not deal with technical support for 3D World Studio or with anyone who has placed an order directly from the leadwerks.com web site.

Please note that Leadwerks support are unable to deal with any order / delivery or billing related enquiries if you are a Game Creators customer.
